ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Help ICI celebrate the month of May and soak in the excitement of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS). You can watch practice laps as drivers prepare to qualify for the Indianapolis 500 and enjoy our luxurious Tower Terrace suite's closed-circuit TV, air conditioning, private outdoor seating and delicious food and frosty beverages.

REGISTRATION

• NEW for 2025: Due to changes at IMS, ticket availability is limited. There is a limit of eight (8) tickets per company. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend.
• The registration deadline is Friday, May 9 at 5:00 p.m.
• This is a members-only event. You'll need to click on the LOGIN link at the top right corner of the registration form to register. Your username is your company email address. If you can't remember, or haven't set, your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link to have the system send you a reset email. Contact ICI at (317) 634-7547 if you need further assistance logging in.
• Please make sure mark the domain @indianaconstructors.org as a Safe Sender in your email program, so your confirmation and tickets don't get caught in SPAM filters or your Junk Mail folder.
• Electronic tickets will be issued to each registrant. If you purchase multiple tickets, you will need to distribute them to your guests.
• Please provide a mobile phone number for the person responsible for distributing tickets to guests.
• Any cancellations received after Friday, May 9, and all no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. Substitutions are welcome until Thursday, May 15 at 12:00 noon.

SPONSORSHIPS

Event sponsorships are available for $500. All event sponsors will receive two tickets and parking passes in addition to recognition in digital (website/email) and social media (Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram) promotions, and on-site print materials (signage/table decor). One sponsorship per company, please. The sponsorship deadline for inclusion in print materials is Friday, May 2. SOLD OUT
