ABOUT THE PROGRAM
For the second consecutive year, ICI is offering the AGC Construction Supervision Fundamentals curriculum that requires only 25 hours of seat-time, delivered over four sessions. We will be offering this program for FOUR consecutive Thursdays in March – March 6, 13, 20 and 27. Each class will cover two of the eight modules in the curriculum:
- Week 1 – Team Management and Project/Team Leadership
- Week 2 – Communication Skills and Time Management/Project Scheduling
- Week 3 – Risk Management and Construction Law/Documents
- Week 4 – Problem Resolution and Productivity/Cost Controls

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE
This program is targeted at the rising foreman or supervisor who is on a career track but has not had much in the way of formal training. This highly interactive course focuses on the knowledge, skills and attitudes that are basic requirements for construction supervision and exposes participants to the creative and flexible thinking required for the dynamic situations that arise in construction projects.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
The course is led by Thomas White, CSP, CHST, CIT, CRIS. White is a seasoned safety professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field, specializing in construction safety. Since 2009, he has been leading and managing safety teams across various sectors, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every project he oversees. He will be assisted each week by civil construction professionals who add real-world experiences to the curriculum.

Your $500 registration fee includes course materials, lunch each day and a certificate of completion. The registration deadline for this course is Thursday, Feb. 20.
